For my recent backpack purchase, the seller clicked that she sent my package immediately but when I checked the tracking, it said they were waiting for the package. I paid for expedited shipping. The package was sent days later. Then, the seller later confirmed that they accidentally did NOT send it as expedited and promised to refund my shipping fee. They never did. It’s been weeks and I had to reach out again to the seller to get assistance with something they should’ve resolved the same day. In terms of quality, it’s a stony clover knockoff so the quality is meh. I would’ve been okay with it if it wasn’t for the poor customer service.
This was the easiest order to place and quickest to receive. The quality is very nice and the workmanship awesome! Cannot wait to give it to my friend’s 4 yr old for her birthday! The sweatshirt appears soft and adorable! The backpack and duffel bag seem good quality. I Highly recommend this shop!
